Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped as soon as possible. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Online orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
All orders are acknowledged via email within 1 business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our shipping program will accommodate international shipping providing it falls within the weight restrictions of small package service (FedEx Ground and UPS) For those heavy international shipments which require LTL trucking, please Contact Us.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Western Sling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a refund. Some will have a 20% restocking charge applied and some products, including chain slings, large round slings and any custom-made items are not returnable. Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the reason of return is caused by a shipping error on our part or a manufacturer’s defect. Any returns of an incorrect or defective item or any return as a result of our error will have us paying the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Prior to returning, you must obtain a RGA number by emailing: email@example.com or calling 800 748 2651. Write your RGA number on the outside of package. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
